- The Goods delivered are intended for your use and not provided for sale. You certify that you will not act as a representative on behalf of a third party.
- You warrant that you are at least 20 years of age when you order Goods from this website. You agree, that if proof of age is requested during delivery, to show your ID card or other identification documents issued by the government, in order to confirm your age. If you are unable to display such documents when shipping Products will be returned by the company and you will be charged for the service.
- Price and Payment
- In order for the supply of Goods from this website, you agree to provide us with the required information and warrant that the information provided is correct and complete. You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provided are your money and that you have sufficient funds for payment.

- Delivery process
- Delivery periods are quoted at the time of ordering.
- Delivery time is said to be the estimated time at the time of purchasing and may vary.
- Products will be delivered to the address specified when ordering.
- EnerGaia will engage a third-party provider for the delivery service of the Goods. We will take care to ensure that the delivery remains within the timeframe and goes to the address indicated on the order.
- We will not be responsible for any losses incurred to you from delayed deliveries.
- If you do not receive the delivery of the appropriate Goods delivered to you at the time of delivery, or the Goods are not delivered due errors of information provided by you at the time of purchase, then such goods are considered to have been delivered to you. The risks and responsibilities in relation to such Goods will be passed on to you, and any storage, insurance and other expenses, or the cost that we have to pay as a result of our inability to deliver the product to you, will be your responsibility and you would have to pay the full amount of damages for our expenses incurred.
- You must ensure there is adequate access arranged for delivery including necessary and safe access to delivery location. We cannot be held responsible for any damages or costs incurred to the Goods due to failure to provide adequate access or location of delivery.
- Rejection and Cancellation of order.
- We may cancel an order if the Goods are not available for any reason. We will notify you via phone number or email address provided. The refund process will take approximately 5-7 business days and can show up within 1-2 billing cycling depending on your bank processing time.
- Once the order has been created and paid for, you will not be able to cancel the order if you change your mind.
- Refund policy
- In the unlikely event that you receive Goods that are agreed to be unacceptable, with reasoning why you do not accept them, you have the right to reject said item(s) only. Your bank will update the credit card statement within 3-14 working days. If you paid via bank transfer or cash on delivery, your refund will be processed in 3-14 working days.

- Goods sold on our website are private and domestic consumers only, therefore we do not accept liability for direct and indirect damages, data corruption, loss of profit and income, or loss due to property damage or claims arising from third parties related to the use of the website including Goods sold by us.
